Thanks for your extensive reply. I'll get back to that in due course,
although I think we're in broad agreement anyway. Today I've been occupied
with trying to fix the email problem you identified. My version of Outlook
as no text wrap option in the format menu, as it seems to be located
centrally at the gateway server running on MS Exchange, which, meanwhile,
won't allow a proper configuration of Eudora, in a classic case of Microsoft
sabotage. I'm sending this using Outlook Express, which does have the
appropriate option and is compatible, etc.
