Provocative Poll
This is from a website for American history buffs and school teachers.
The question in this still-active survey seems to be setting up a (or
more) justification for the overt, unilateral, pre-emptive intervention
of US force around the world:
Should the United States have taken action to overthrow the Taliban
regime in Afghanistan long before the terrorist attacks of September 11,
2001?
Yes (1092) 54%
No (659) 32%
Don't Know (269) 13%
Total Votes: 2020
