Afghanistan - mass grave discovered
I was pleasently surprised watching the Irish national broadcaster RTE last
night when, during a feature on 9/11 a report was given about the discovery
of a mass grave of Taliban prisoners. The report concluded that the atrocity
was not going to be investigated as it was carried out with the full
knowledge of the US military.
Computer buffs can hear the full report at
http://www.rte.ie/news2/2002/0906/afghanistan.html
the report is entitled:
6.01 News: Margaret Ward, Foreign Editor, looks at why there has been little
appetite for an investigation into a mass grave containing the bodies of
Taliban prisoners recently discovered in the North of Afghanistan56k
