See http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/RUSkollontai.htm
She was a Russian Marxist-feminist who prior to the
October Revolution collaborated with both the
Menshevik and Bolshevik factions. She joined
the Bolsheviks in 1915, and later participated
in the October Revolution. She served as
Commissar for Social Welfare in Lenin's
government. After Lenin's death, when Stalin
rose to power, she served the Soviet government
as a diplomat abroad. She was the only major
critic of Stalin, and indeed of the Soviet regime,
that was not liquidated or imprisoned by him.
Her writings can be found at the Marxists Internet
Archive at http://www.marxists.org/archive/kollonta/
