Israel and the Right in Latin America

Israel has a long history of supporting dictators in Latin America. One
egregious example was their support for Somoza in Nicaragua with both
training and arms. The question of what use such a tyrant might make of those
arms and that training seems not to concern them at all - although it is
clear that if they are to be used against insurgents on the left this is
counted as a recommendation to the Israelis.
