I don't see any "flames" in my comments. Those who know me, know that when I
"flame" it is usually a whopper (often that I regret later). My comments are
about the likely, if not inexorable, real world consequences of the voucher
proposals, who is advancing them, in whose real interest they serve and the
likely [often conflicting]backgrounds/motivations/interests of those
cheering for vouchers.

Also, none of what I wrote was in specific response to what you wrote
because I did not read what you wrote--sorry--as I hit the delete key often
due to time constraints. It was only my own thoughts and opinions on the
issue.

BTW, in the interest of  full-disclosure, my daughter is not in the public
school system, I was (and was exposed to progressive teachers that would not
be allowed in the types of schools that will be unequally aided/abetted
through the voucher system) and I would benefit materially from the voucher
system.
