A word of explanation might be helpful. The George Meaney Center's
LABOR HERITAGE accepted this article for publication, then changed their
minds and declined the article. Shades of censorship.
More than this, of course, it is a rather typical measure of the value
accorded scholarly labor. Everyone in the biz for any period of time is
victimized by the old bait and switch ploy.
