Louis, I agree with the sentiment. I really do.
But at some point somebody, even if it's just a couple people on an
email list or folks who get together at the local Caribou Coffee, have
to say, "ok, let's quit talking about it and set up an organization."
Even if it does nothing more than put out a newspaper/website/listserv
at first.
Talking about how such an organization will/must arise is one thing,
actually working on it and sowing the seeds for a mass movement is
quite another. "Talk is cheap" and all that.
