RE: Svend on the bribery of the Stony Nation

Despite my strong reservations about Svend sometimes, I repost the
following-

ps: No one is blaming the Stony people- the divide and conquer crap won't
work.
'So far as I know, it's just the "Band Coucil" who did this... can anyone
tell
us about how the Stony "leadership" operate normally? Are these more of the
same
Judenrat types, such as Jim C (on Marxmail) talks of in Blackfoot country?

Response: Although many Tribal Councils may have well-meaning individuals,
the BIA/DIA-sanctioned structures, procedures, premises and relationships
operate in the same fashion as those of the "Vichy" government in occupied
france.  The BIA/DIA Indians and their collaborationist/traitor
"governments" and their white masters in the BIA/DIA have no more
legitimacy--or power to define who and what and Indian is--under
international law than did the Vichy government have to act in the name of
French People or to define who and what a French citizen or person is.
