Irv Sutley

Irv Sutley was a provocateur and most likely one
working for the FBI.   He was certainly a police
informer. He was part of the a) campaign to defame
Judy Bary; b) prepare the terrain for the attempt
against her life and c) divert attention from the real
culprits taking upon himself to run a Dis-information
campaign after the terrorist attack.

At the time of the bombing, he was in the rolls of the
CP, USA.  Sutley was also involved in at least three
other provocation against left activists unrelated to
Bari.  It at least two of those incidents he was
defended by CP,USA high ranking members.

Whether he was acting on behalf of the CP, USA as well
as the police had not be proven.  But the burden of
proof here lies squarely on the CP, USA which in all
these years did not deny or distance themselves from
Sutley. This in spite that Irv Sutley was unmasked
many times in books (one by Bari herself) and articles
as a provocateur.

Sutley was lately involved with the Workers World
Party (WWP) and its IAC and P&FP operations in
Northern California. It is no evidence that he is
presently involved with them.

As recently as two years ago he was involved in yet
another provocation against a left organization which
was foiled by the would be victims.

In California, the CP, USA was known for working in
the middle and low layers of the union bureaucracy for
decades. That is no longer the case because the CP,
USA is almost inexistent in California nowadays.  Most
party members in Northern California, for example,
departed at the time of the split that gave rise to
the Committees of Correspondence. Including its long
standing leader Angela Davis.
