White House to Relax Air Pollution Rules for Utilities

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Bush administration on Thursday said it
will relax costly air pollution rules when U.S. utilities are repaired
or expanded, triggering a storm of protest from environmental groups
and some Democrats.
