not prevent protesters and dissenters from going to Alberta and to express

point will certainly make it frustrating for dissenters to make education

Response: There will be a contingent of Blackfoot, not carrying "DIA" cards
or any ID other than that issued by the Traditional Government of the
Blackfoot attending. Since we will be traveling on our historic lands, which
includes up to and even all of Calgary, and since we know from the accounts
of the times that Crowfoot, Red Crow and other Chiefs did not sign Treaty 7,
and since the 1983 Canadian Supreme Court decision in the Musquiem Case said
that the "presumptive title" to all lands in Canada is Aboriginal with the
burden of proof on non-Aboriginals to show legal title or legal treaties,
and since we can prove systematic abrogations of Treat 7, well it should be
interesting.

Blackfoot will never attack anyone but will defend, vigorously, any
Blackfoot or innocent non-Blackfoot persons attacked. We plan to make an
orderly presentation of our case that the 1948 UN Convention on Genocide
(part of the supreme laws of the US and Canada according to their respective
Consstitutions) is being violated daily in present-day Canada and the U.S.
and well as in other G-8 nations against Indigenous Nations with whom we
have relations. We will have witnesses and victims of the reality of
genocide.

Let the "games" begin.
