Re: Palestine / Israel - 2 states
The Two-State position is abstractly indefensible -- but concretely the
only possible position. It's the maximum the Palestinians can get under
present conditions, though in principle it is outrageous. Conflicts such
as that in Palestine are decided by the balance of forces, not by
philosophical positions.
