Come to an AUD forum and fundraiser!

At Stake: Unions, Democracy, Power Friday, June 21st, from 6 to 9pm At the
Queens College Worker Education Extension Center 25 West 43rd Street, 19th
floor.

The forum will start with video clips on the Teamsters Union that raise
critical questions about labor's course -- its past, present and future.

A panel of speakers representing a broad range of experience and views will
then kick off what we anticipate will be vigorous discussion among the
panelists and the audience.

AUD is happy to provide a forum for debate and discussion for union
activists. It is part of our larger mission to promote democracy and member
power in the union movement. This forum is also a fundraiser for the
Association for Union Democracy. AUD depends on the contributions of union
members. Without you we cannot continue to provide legal and organizing
support to union members across the country in every union. We will ask for
a sliding-scale donation ($10~$30) at the door, and may very will ask again
once you're in the door!

If you want to support AUD but cannot come to the event, please donate what
you can. You can contribute by check or credit card, and can set up a
monthly pledge by credit card. Your $10 a month would be a great help. Call
