Even after the correction there is a problem here. I think this
Pareto person was implicitly restricting the domain of definition
of his function, i.e.., the (inverse) power law, to run from zero
to infinity so I don't think neither of these limits would give
you the delta function you had in mind.

If you look at the behavior of this function at the right
extreme, this Pareto person is right in that the larger the E,
the smaller will be the number of people with large wealths. Keep
in mind that he was a rightist. Being a leftist, you seem to look
at that behavior at the left extreme and you are right too: the
larger the E, the larger the number of people with small wealths.

Himm. This is getting confusing.
