This is really idiotic. I was booted from the Socialist Register list
because of my sarcasm and because I refused to give Doug Henwood a free
ride. Moreover, the main reason I participated on that list was to have a
political examination of some of the views of the SR editors, which turned
out to be an exercise in futility. Ironically, I did have something of an
exchange with Leys and Gindin, but only after getting the boot. You saw how
my debate with both of them (and Patrick Bond) was conducted. It
scrupulously avoided name-calling and ad hominem attacks . I would say that
Travis owes me an apology, but I probably did some other evil thing in the
past six months or so that tips the scale in the other direction. So, never
mind.
