Again, ignorance reigns unchallenged.

The actual wages are set by the general level of prices. In Argentina, I have
seen an _American businessman_ ask the bartender who was charging his coffee
"Do you put gold in it?", so expensive things are. Thus, the _nominally_ high
wages in pesos are reduced to misery when compared with local prices.

On the other hand, do you think that it is the wage rate which determines the
overall flow of capital in the world system?

If you do, Xxxx, then you must have been a good student at Milton Friedmann's
classes.
