Nestor writes many things, some in the heat of the moment. In any case, the
last thing that I have been hearing from his quarters is about the need to
throw people with your point of view in jail. There were of course many in
Argentina at the time. Anti-nationalist Marxists are commonplace in Latin
America, including Mexico from which Julio Huato hailed.

We need to stick to the key questions if this debate is to have any value:

1. Can Argentina be grouped with Australia, etc. socially and economically?
You seem to have conceded that it should not, or at least plead ignorance.
In the context of the debate and past behavior of the CWI, this represents
modest progress.

2. Is the Malvinas a candidate for "self-determination"?
