I missed any reference to the war crimes in the Balkans. Anyway, I am
glad to see our Patrick Bond's signature in this leaflet. What would
have happened if the bodyguards of, say, the President of Paraguay,
had bruised and harmed two American students on this President's visit
to Washington?
