Adorno's "Minima Moralia" has some really excellent meditations on ethics
in the context of WW II, the demise of the Weimar Left, the rise of
monopoly capitalism, and many other things. Also, Adorno's lectures on
Kant are available in book form (these were lectures recorded and
transcribed in 1961), which are more accessible than his notoriously
complex, dense essays. Alas, none of these are available on the Web just
yet, but most universities should have the print versions of these.
