Now, one may agree with the NYT or not. But how an Earth can a Marxist turn
"bin Laden" into a historic subject, I don't really know. This kind of
explanation reminds me of the British historians explaining the Napoleonic wars
by Napoleon's personal greed.
We should be aware that this "personalization" of social and historic subjects
is an act of propaganda, and of bad propaganda to that matter.
