I don't know whether Bin Laden actually said it, but some such interview by
Bin Laden was reported by the Indian media. It was reported that Laden
accused India, Israel, Russia and Serbia for 11 September atrocities. He
reportedly
claimed that the event was a conspiracy against Islam and Chritianity!
