This is not "overanalysis." He made a boo-boo, I made
a crack about it, and somebody decided that I was
missing the "brilliance" (his word, not mine) of the
speech.

So substituting valid analysis with "stuff people want
to hear" is ok? No dice on this end.
This is not nitpicking - this is a serious political
question. Are Webb and the CPUSA allying with
patriotism, or with the international working class?

As opposed to the OKC bombing, which was bombed by
white ultranationalist racists? How is omitting that
"erring in a progressive direction?"
