Louis is right: I have read the article and it is outright apologism, but it
does not distort the facts and it contains a lot of information and puts
them in perspective. The piece is usefull to understand the self-image these
humanitarian bombers are painting from themselves.
The article has a few factual errors: I am not sure whether it is true that
the Revolutionary Cells supported the Palestinian commando at the 1972
Olympics. Furthermore I doubt there is any evidence that the East German
secret service provided the Red Army Fraction with money. Most of what
Berman writes was in the German press in the first months of this year, but
still it would be more reliable if he gave any sources.
