series of articles in the odious neoliberal publication "The New Republic".
Written by friend of the Nicaraguan contras and self-described anarchist
Paul Berman, the title is: "From the radicalism of the '60s to the
interventionism of the '90s: The Passion of Joschka Fischer". Since Berman
is a quintessential "humanitarian interventionist", one can assume that it
