We are in a sort of stalemate situation. They've been told that we will
continue to put up works that we deem non-copyrightable and that we will
continue to respect bourgeois property rights to avoid further hassles.

In light of a recent court ruling that indicated the the placement of
previously copyrighted print material on the web is NOT a violation of
copyright law, we are researching the positive implications for the MIA.

Currently the Marxists Internet Archive remains the largest distributor of
Marxist works in the world, via any medium.
