Incidentally, Jose, I was the "private
correspondence," and Ben apparently either completely
misread what I was saying or is deliberately
misrepresenting what I said. In either case, he's
omitting quite a bit in his two-point "summary." So to
call it his "duty" to inform people they are
"nonsense" is to create one big, honking strawman.

I know that I have a fairly plain-speak style of
writing, without a lot of big words or obscure
socioeconomic concepts. (Incidentally, I'm not tooting
my own horn, because I recognize that this is a
double-edged sword.) So I'm inclined to believe Ben is
being deliberately dishonest. In any event, I think
any political dialogue with him is a waste of time.

I'd get more specific, but off-list discussions are
just that.
