Why? Why was Cuba excluded from the conference? Or, why were people on our
side of the fence dismayed? Same answer: Because no doubt Fidel would have
come to Quebec and given a stinging critique of neoliberalism and their
hypocritical
talk about democracy and human rights into their fucking faces. I heard
that Hugo
Chavez did say something along these lines. But I haven't heard any of the
details.
