this poses some interesting questions. there is of course the question of
deception. it also poses the question of the relationship of the logical
content of an argument to who makes the argument. if Mandela had actually
written this memo would the argument be more true? of course Mandela's
having written it would have given it greater moral weight. why? is
everything Nelson Mandela says more true than what ordinary activists say?
