You know, Lou, life is a lot more complicated than just being "for"
or "against" something. Taking Butler seriously doesn't make you an
anti-Marxist. Applying Marx's 1848 speech on free trade to NAFTA
doesn't make you an anti-Marxist. Listening to women workers tell you
that they find something positive about their new employment - mixed
in with lots of negatives, which are quite clearly rendered in
Nathan's article (the real article, not the phantasmic one you keep
citing) - doesn't make you an apologist for imperialism.
