I think so words are much to ambigous. In fact almost everyone can read into
it what he wants. But certainly you are right at the base of the IG Metall
there is growing discontent with the SPD-led government. In some respect the
Zwickel editorial is intended to calm down those feelings.

Thanks a lot for the link. Its a very useful site to see what EU unions are
doing.
