A curiousity: the DSP are actually being spectacularly _non-centralist_ on
the question of Yugoslavia. Mike Karadjis, if my memory doesn't fail me,
is not a National Committee member. The DSP's "line" on Yugoslavia is
coming from a rank and file member, not from the central leadership.
Notionally, other DSP members may hold other positions, but I doubt anyone
really cares enough to argue about it.
