Query to Tom O'Lincoln on state capitalism

Hi,
A few months ago I recieved a think, photocopied pamphlet from the 1980s
by Walter Dahl called "The Unresolved Contradictions of Tony Cliff: A
review of Tom O'Lincoln's pamphlet 'State Capitalism and Marxist
Thoery'" It's put out by a group called the League for a Revolutionary
Party and its Australian affiliate Workers Revolution. As far as I can
figure they are a group that splintered off from the IS in the 1970s and
have partly moved towards "Orthodox Trotskyism" while retaining a
modified version of the theory of state capitalism and an utter contempt
for Cliff and the various IS groups. Anyway, the pamphlet raises
problems with Cliff's version of state capitalism and I'm wondering what
your response to it is (or was).
Thanks,
Xxxx
