Re: Creative Industries Seminar Number 3
- Subject: Re: Creative Industries Seminar Number 3

I thought that listers might be interested in this notice of a creative
industry seminar. I know Clare and she is a nice person and also very
bright, but I despair at reaching an understanding with someone who
perceives an international development of capital in terms of a 'social
revalorisation of forms of the imagination' instead of the previously
dominant 'sociological imagination'. What in the name of Jesus does that mean?

Gary
