Refering to a report about casualties amongst women soldiers in
the West Side boys raid, Owen said:

"I would not be surprised if the women involved were not actually
fighters but civilians"

It's reassuring to know we can still distinguish combatant status on
the basis of a person's sex eh! If the women were fighters, they'd
have to call themselves the West Side Boys 'n' Girls, I suppose :-)
