I can't say I am totally surprised by this. Tim has shifted further and
further to the right over the past ten years. I still strongly recommend
his out-of-print "The Prophet's Children", a memoir of his life mostly in
the Healyite movement but with a brief stint in the SWP. There's a lovely
piece in there about one of his last branch meetings in the SWP, when
during some nasty faction fight he became fixated on a butterfly that had
flown through the window.
