South African Public Sector Union Leaders at 1199 in New York on Sept. 18

Two leaders of the National Education, Health, and Allied Workers'
Union,
COSATU's second largest affiliate, will speak at Local 1199/SEIU on
Monday,
September 18th at 12 noon.

Magkane and Elizabeth Thobejane, respectively the former General
Secretary
of NEHAWU and the current Human Resources Officer, will speak on current

developments in South Africa and the role of the labor movement.

Anyone interested in South Africa is invited to attend this event.
Local 1199 is at 310 West 43rd St. between 8th and 9th Avenue. Ask in
the
