rights rally, scheduled for September 12, the second day of planned

prepared
by one of the world's largest public relations firms, Hill and Knowlton,
has been leaked and posted on the Melbourne Independent Media Centre
site.

MELBOURNE -- The temperature in this city, still desperately trying to
recover from winter, will rise dramatically in the next week, as both
sides of the looming political and physical confrontation at the Crown
Casino begin their final, frantic preparations for the opening of the
World Economic Forum.
