The question--are blacks programmed by their genes to be promiscuous?--begs
the question: are blacks promiscuous? Furthermore the question contains
several assumptions: blacks are more promiscuous than non-blacks; being
black is a genetic condition; blacks are a behaviorally homogeneous group.
Which blacks are more promiscuous? Africans, Americans, Europeans, Cubans,
etc.? Wealthy, middle class, working class, poor blacks? Is promiscuous
defined as having proportionally more sex or having proportionally more
babies?
