The attempt to smear Yugoslavia's attempt to defend itself against Western
proxy armies as being a  "Holocaust" is part of the West's trivial use of the
Nazis' crimes.  It follows thirty years during which the Nazi war crimes have
been misdescribed, by Elie Wiesel and others, as a) happening only to the
Jews and b) being mystical,  essentially unknowable.

What is happening, at Western hands, in Russia, Bulgaria, Iraq, and other
countries in the grip of NATO/IMF/World Bank/US Sanctions is unprecedented.
The destruction of social structures (including all manner of health
services, whether free health care OR medical production plants OR ecology,
whether by bombing, enforced regulations of IMF etc., bribery and theft,
financial manipulation, or whatever) the destruction of forces of production
(privatization followed by closing of plants, destruction of systems of
distribution)  -  these planned events lead to premature death, low birth
rate, destruction of quality of life.

And as Nestor says, this is planned world wide in order to produce a new
colonial order for most of humanity and coincides with the destruction of the
nation state as a form in which working people can struggle to protect some
degree of social life.

Is this genocide?  I think it is.  Is it a Holocaust?  It is certainly
different from what the Nazi's did, but millions are dying - millions! -  and
it is planned and it has just begun.
