I was thinking about this question a few days ago. When you get down to
it, it is an argument for organisation: a bunch of dispersed activists
can't do a lot of the things that the same number of activists could do if
they were organised.
Let's face it: if leftists join the Nader campaign as individuals, they
will essentially just be more Naderites. If they join as a group, they
will be evil sectarians trying to swamp the campaign and take it over. You
can't win.
I'm glad I don't live in the US.
