Thanks for this. I was looking for this quote and couldn't find it + gave
up. Of course, Capon (?) was a spy, so what? People will probably say the
same about Ken if things go wrong; he's made enough encouraging remarks
about the Met (ie, the London police) recently. It doesn't change anything.
