These argument have all been used by 18th & 19th centruy imperialism and its
local
compradore class.
They are now being used by so-called dissidents. It is the familiar house slave
arguments.
WTO or no WTO, neoliberalism will fail in the Third World, because the basic
formula
is exploitative of the masses. In political systems where power come from the
masses,
neoliberalism cannot last. The diiference of WTO and no WTO is that the
failure will
take different forms.
