Well, from the way you pose the question, what it suggests to me is that you
don't like the DPRK very much, and are out to discredit it by hook or by
crook. That's pretty much it. My ignorance about Korea is so close to being
absolute that it almost breaks with materialism, but. on its face, the
argument you present tells me nothing about North Korea but a certain amount
about you.
