He is asking for letters of support to the President of the USA. It
is just a very small help we can give him, but there is something we
can do. We can also send personal letters to him through the Cuban
Embassies.

Your observation has made me shiver. Yes, there are times when the
whole weight of history rests on the shoulders of a common person.
There is a great dramatic meaning in all this. People can become what
they have never imagined to become, and in a sense that is all what
our struggle is about.
