Plekhanov's "Materialist Conception of History" which is contained in the
collection "Fundamental Problems of Marxism" (International Publishers).
Also, Kautsky's "Materialist Conception of History" which is unfortunately
out of print.

BTW, if anybody knows of a gigabyte of disk space floating around that I
can put the Marxism list archives on without cost, please get in touch
asap. It has just become too expensive to maintain the pre-1999 archives
online.
