At least they said it on the last line. This is all that matters. To
ensure the continuity of the currency board schema with this absurd
exchange rate of one peso = one dollar, or to ensure the fastest
dollarization, permanent and increasing transferences of income from
the lower strata is a must. On this, they are adamant. Let us bow at
the probably unwanted honesty of the CNN anchor in Argentina...
