But, factories are not just use-values, nor fixed capital. Capital,
whether "fixed" or "floating" is counted in calculating the value of a
company for loans, stock prices, etc., in which the company itself is
the commodity. In such instances, what does that make of the factory,
as use value or a commodity? Is it truly "fixed" capital?
I'm not arguing with George, here, I'm just asking everyone. But, to me
it seems that it is difficult to speak of "fixed" capital in that
instance, nor of factories as only "use values."
