A point made at great length in the work of the late Sean Gervasi. >>

That is so true. Sean Gervasi, who alas died four years ago, saw the attack
on Yugoslavia as part of an attempt to turn the whole former socialist block
into a low-wage and raw material producing colonial area, broken up into
small pieces. He predicted a good deal of what is in fact happening today,
re: oil, the caucuses, chechnya, the attack on Kosovo, and increased
competition between the US and Germany. He played a wonderful role, advising
progressive movements in the "third world" including Angola. More has to be
done to get out this man's work - including transcribing his speeches which
are most inciteful.

If anyone has articles of his in digital form, could you post them?

Best regards,
Jared
