Anybody who describes the trotskyist position in 1930-33 as "a plague on all
of your houses" is either dishonest or grossly ignorant.
The defining policy of the left opposition was the demand for a united front
of workers organisations against the nazis. They also had a perspective of
reforming the comintern and saw themselves as a faction of it.
